Came across this blast from the past when doing a bit of sorting recently.

“Spot it early and grab it at a reasonable price before it’s deified by the wine media, picks up a truckload of medals, doubles in price and vanishes into that rarified space know as must have been good because it is so scarce” was the advice from John Hawkesby in Canvas Magazine 29 March 2008
